We’re building an AI-powered wellness platform created by and for neurodivergent individuals, blending evidence-based health insights, preventive wellness, and inclusivity at every layer. I’m now looking for a CTO or senior developer who wants to co-create this vision from the ground up, investing time and expertise for equity as we build toward our MVP and 2026 fundraising round.

About RES8T®

RES8T® is a neuro-inclusive health tech and wellness platform empowering neurodivergent individuals and their allies through proactive, personalized well-being support. Our 8-step program helps users build sustainable routines across mental, physical, professional, and social health, with AI and neuro-affirming design principles at its core.

We have built strong early traction across customer validation, research, programme design, partnerships, and ecosystem recognition. Over the past year I have led extensive discovery work with neurodivergent communities, allies, clinicians, charities, and employers. This includes surveys, interviews, focus groups, and research workshops. These insights shaped our eight step wellness framework and confirmed demand for an AI led neuro-inclusive approach. This work is also part of my Research Fellowship with the Neurodiversity Foundation.

Our early traction includes selection for Tech Nation’s CREO 2025 cohort, Catalyst’s Breakthrough Founders programme, nomination as a finalist for the Tech Week Impact Awards, shortlisting for other industry awards, and ongoing recognition across the impact, disability, and health tech ecosystem.

We have early demand from neurodivergent users and their allies, and warm conversations with employers and large organisations across tech, hospitality, and public sector innovation. We have a strong advisory board covering neuroscience, clinical care, trauma therapy, AI ethics, behaviour change, and health innovation.

The Co-creator Opportunity

You’ll be joining as a co-creator and founding technical lead, shaping both the architecture and culture of our platform.
Your focus will be to:

• Define and build the MVP (Flutter + AI stack, cloud backend)
• Integrate 3rd-party neurodivergent and wellness APIs
• Architect for security, accessibility, and scalability (GDPR / HIPAA)
• Collaborate on UX flows that feel intuitive for neurodivergent users
• Contribute to early product strategy and technical vision ahead of fundraising in 2026

You might be a great fit if you’re:

Technical: Full-stack developer/architect familiar with Flutter, Python, React Native, Firebase/AWS, AI‑ML tools.

Empathetic: Neurodivergent yourself or deeply tuned into inclusive, human-centered design.

Collaborative: Comfortable co‑creating early-stage uncertainty and building something that truly matters.

About me

Curious by nature and driven by impact, I am a founder and Project Manager with experience delivering complex programmes across public sector ventures, DEI, marketing, digital development, IT, healthcare and MedTech. My work blends strategy, execution, and lived neurodivergent insight.

In a startup context, I excel at product strategy, user research, operational structure, partnerships, grant writing, investor preparation, and shaping clear roadmaps from ambiguity. I lead vision, evidence, stakeholder engagement, and day to day delivery, ensuring the product moves forward with pace, clarity, and purpose.

I am also a research fellow with the Neurodiversity Foundation, leading an international study on neurodivergent identities, and an ambassador for Resurface, an organisation focused on trauma, resilience, creativity, and self care.
