Experienced professionals browse those opportunities, filter by weekly hours and equity expectation, and create a profile to be matched with startup opportunities.

Equity is negotiable per opportunity. Listings range from 5% or less up to equal partnership, and many are open for discussion. Time commitments run from under 8 hours a week to more than 24. The working relationship may be structured as contractor, advisor or co-founder, defined in the agreement.
