Commercial Co-Founder: B2B SaaS for Unfair Motorist PCNs Appeals

UK

Description

RightReply.me helps UK motorists understand and respond to private parking charges. Users upload a notice or later-stage document, answer a few questions, and the product identifies the case stage, checks legal and procedural issues, flags deadlines, and can draft the appropriate response. Every case starts with a free scan, with a one-off payment if the user wants the drafted letter or court document.

The product is live and has attracted 25 early users through word of mouth, without paid advertising. I have spent two years researching the relevant laws, speaking with lawyers and prospective customers, and building the product. I bring more than 15 years of experience in data, AI and enterprise technology delivery, with an independent legal adviser available when needed. The UK market is large and growing: private parking operators issued 16.9 million notices in 2025/26.

The opportunity

I am looking for a commercial cofounder who can turn a strong product foundation into a repeatable, revenue-generating business. You will own the commercial plan and work alongside me as a core operating partner, with real influence over product priorities and company direction.

  • Own pricing, packaging, monetisation experiments and conversion from free scans to paid responses.
  • Build customer acquisition channels, partnerships and a measurable growth pipeline.
  • Speak directly with users and commercial partners, turning evidence into positioning and product decisions.
  • Set growth targets, track the funnel and lead the path from early use to sustainable revenue.
  • Help shape fundraising and investor readiness when the business has the evidence to support it.

Who I am looking for

You should have evidence of building revenue, partnerships or go-to-market systems in an early-stage company. Experience in consumer technology, SaaS, legaltech, fintech, regtech or mobility would be useful, but commercial judgement and execution matter more than sector labels. You are comfortable starting conversations, testing offers, closing partnerships and working from imperfect data.

Personally, you are hands-on, resilient and direct. You care about consumer trust, communicate honestly, learn quickly and follow through. You can challenge ideas without creating drama, and you want to build rather than advise from the sidelines.

What you'll own:

  • Full outbound acquisition prospecting through to close, using the targeting infrastructure we've already built.
  • Building repeatable sales sequences, demo processes, and pipeline management from scratch — you write the playbook
  • Owning the full sales cycle: qualifying, demos, negotiation, close
  • Feeding market intelligence back into the roadmap your wins and losses directly shape what we build next
  • Building out the sales function as we scale: process, playbooks, hiring

Opportunity Highlights

  • Skills: Commercial experience with B2B sales
  • Experience: B2B SaaS, Sales Conversions
  • Language Requirements: English
  • Equity: At Least 5%
  • Weekly Hours: 16-24h
