Now, we’re building an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform to transform English exam training for the 15,000+ language schools worldwide. With a human-level AI tutor, our platform will offer personalised 1-1 training, increasing student success rates while reducing school costs.

We're collaborating with the University of Manchester to develop our AI model and are looking for a Tech Lead & Co-Founder to turn our prototype into a fully scalable platform. 🎯 Key Responsibilities
As our Tech Lead & Co-Founder, you will:

• Own the Technology: Take full ownership of the architecture, development, and scaling of our AI-powered SaaS platform.
• Bring AI to Life: Work with AI researchers to deploy, optimise, and scale our human-level AI tutor.
• Build the Product: Design and develop a scalable, secure, and high-performance platform with strong backend and API foundations.
• Lead Technical Decisions: Define best practices, tools, and tech strategy in a fast-moving startup.
• Scale the Infrastructure: Manage cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps.
• Drive Security & Performance: Ensure high availability, global performance, and data privacy for an international user base.
• Work as a Founder: You’re not just an employee—you’re a key partner helping shape the future of AI-powered EdTech.

Experience in EdTech, AI coaching, or SaaS startups is a plus but not required. What matters most is your ability to build, scale, and lead.
