Hi there, I'm working on a 'play to earn' mobile game title within the golf industry. I'm looking to bring on a CTO that has either worked on a play to earn project already or has thorough experience within the industry. I'm currently part of the Oneday MBA program to help facilitate my project.

The roles and responsibilities of the CTO are as followed:

• Lead the development and implementation of blockchain-based gaming solutions, leveraging Web 3.0 technologies to enhance player experiences and drive innovation.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team to define the technical roadmap and strategy, aligning with the company’s business objectives and growth plans.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and development of scalable and secure blockchain solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Drive research and development efforts to explore emerging blockchain technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and advancement.
• Manage and mentor a team of talented developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with blockchain platforms, technology providers, and industry stakeholders to enhance our competitive position and expand our ecosystem.
