I’m Abi, founder of Rich Skxn, a 6-figure clinical-luxury skincare business serving melanin-rich skin. After five years as the UK’s first curated retailer for skin of colour, I’m now launching Rich Skxn’s own in-house skincare line, skin expert-formulated, science-backed, and tailored to sensitive skin and hyperpigmentation.

We’ve sold over £544K to 8,000+ customers, with a community of 13,000 email subscribers and 20,000 followers across Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. We’ve been trusted by everyday customers and celebrities like Beverley Knight.

We’re now at a turning point, launching our own hero product range and aiming to scale from 6 to 8 figures in revenue.

Our team has an operational manager and myself as a skincare specialist.

I'm looking for co-founder-level talent in:

• Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) – Growth strategy, digital ads, influencer & PR campaigns, funnel building
• Ecommerce Manager – Site optimization, retention strategy, customer journey, email marketing

A cofounder with drive, vision and experience is also welcome to help scale the business from 6 figures to 8 figures.
