🛠️ What You’ll Own

In the next 3–6 months, your core focus will be:

• Designing and leading technical strategy and architecture
• Building and refining our MVP from prototype to scalable product
• Developing an AI/ML system for local, personalized recommendations (MVP-ready to start)
• Integrating APIs (maps, coworking spaces, Stripe, etc.)
• Setting up scalable, secure infrastructure (Firebase, AWS, or similar)
• Optional: Participating in an EU-funded innovation initiative

🔍 Who You Are

You’re not just a coder — you’re a product-minded technologist who thrives in early-stage environments. You likely bring:

• Strong full-stack dev experience (preferred: React/Vue, Node.js or Python/Django, Firebase)
• Knowledge or interest in AI/ML — especially recommender systems or geospatial applications
• Bonus: Experience with mobile frameworks like React Native or Flutter
• Past experience in startups, SaaS, remote work tech, HR tech, or proptech
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
• Ideally based in Europe – Italy or Estonia to align with our current activity and network. Open to remote collaboration with occasional in-person meetings.
