Refund Policy & Cancellation Terms 

We’re excited to support you at every stage of your venture. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when subscribing to our services.

 

 

General Terms

By purchasing any of our tiers—Start, Grow, or Scale—you agree to the terms outlined below, including the minimum commitment periods where applicable.

 

 

1. Start & Grow Plans

These plans are designed to be flexible and affordable for early-stage ventures, with a 3-month minimum commitment.

Billing

  • A one-time setup fee is charged at sign-up.

  • A recurring monthly fee begins immediately and is billed every 30 days.

Minimum Term

  • All subscriptions are subject to a 3-month minimum term from the date of purchase.

  • You may cancel at any time during or after this period.

  • If cancelled within the minimum term, your subscription will continue until the end of the 3rd month, and you will not be eligible for a refund for any unused portion.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription via your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.

  • Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for the setup fee or any monthly payments once made.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of billing errors or if the service was not delivered as advertised. Please contact us within 14 days of payment to request a review.

 

 

2. Scale Plan (Coming Soon)

This is a high-touch, one-time service for teams ready to make key hires using a mix of cash and equity compensation.

Billing

  • A one-time fee per role is due upfront.

  • There is no ongoing monthly fee or subscription commitment.

Refunds

  • Due to the custom and hands-on nature of the Scale service (including ad consultation and candidate support), no refunds are provided once the process begins.

  • If you need to cancel before work has commenced, please contact us within 48 hours of payment to discuss eligibility for a partial refund.

 

 

Modifications & Upgrades

  • You can upgrade from Start to Grow at any time. The new one-time setup fee will apply, and the new minimum term will begin from the upgrade date.

  • Downgrades are only available after the minimum term ends.

 

 

Changes to Pricing or Terms

We may occasionally update our pricing or service terms. If changes affect your current subscription, we’ll notify you in advance, giving you time to make changes or cancel.
